I got quotes from several roofers and l must say Southwest customer service was top notch. Al (rep) was informative, helpful and accommodating. Came and meet me in person, had samples with him, did not pressure or rush anything. Very customer … More oriented and l cannot say that enough, if l could give him a 10 star l would. Anytime l contacted him, if he didnt pick up he called back right away. He dealt with my inquiries (and l had several lol), he wanted to make sure l was happy with the product and service. It has been a long time since l have dealt with a company that actually cares about the finish product, the customers satisfaction. I would recommend him and Southwest to all. This includes his crew(s), very professional, clean, and you can tell they took pride in there work too.
