The installers were very professional – polite, did not swear all day, no loud music. They cleaned up the yard after themselves, even checking for nails. The job took two days for our house to be completed. First day was the power washing. Brian was great. Very efficient. He made sure the gutters were clean and then carefully sprayed and cleaned up the gardens (as well as the neighbour's). … More On day 2, the crew (2 guys) removed and replaced the bad shingles and ridge caps. In the afternoon, the UV treatment was applied. The restored roof looks new again, and we are absolutely thrilled with it. Communication with Alan, Ian and crew was easy. Highly recommend. 5/5

After speaking with people in our area who had already had their roofs restored by South West Roof Restoration, we went ahead and had the roof on our rancher-style home cleaned and treated by South West in March 2022. Our treated roof … More looks brand new, which is great, but the chief selling point for us was that cleaning and treating (sealing) our shake roof now means that we won't likely have to replace it for many years to come. The crew from South West were excellent to deal with — friendly, responsive and efficient. We are very pleased with our restored roof and would recommend South West to our neighbors.

Early in April of 2022, my wife and I we were walking in our neighbourhood along the North Arm of the Fraser River and we noticed a gentleman power washing a cedar roof on a large house. We, living in the neighbourhood have four buildings … More all roofed in cedar. The original roofs were installed in 1994. For the last year or two we have been concerned about the need to replace these roofs. When I saw the work that was being done on the roof that day I felt that this might be the answer to my concerns.
I called Ian and set up an appointment for an estimate and he in a very professional manner provided me with the answer to all of my concerns. For what I felt to be an extremely reasonable price I now have four buildings with roofs that appear brand new. Not only do they look good but South-West Roof Restoration and Repair have provided me with a warranty that has given me peace of mind. To have gone on a walk that day and seen Frank on the roof of that house was godsend. I so appreciate the quality and the prompt resolution of the project that I cannot express how happy I am with the results. I would certainly recommend South-West’s services and am open to answer any questions anyone might have.

Anytime l contacted him, if he didnt pick up he called back right away. He dealt with my inquiries (and l had several lol), he wanted to make sure l was happy with the product and service. It has been a long time since l have dealt with a company that actually cares about the finish product, the customers satisfaction. I would recommend him and Southwest to all. This includes his crew(s), very professional, clean, and you can tell they took pride in there work too.
